About Course

A 100-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) is a foundational yoga program designed for beginners or practitioners who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. It can also be the first half of a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

What Will You Learn?

  • Yoga Asana (Postures)
  • Learn alignment, benefits, and safe practice of basic yoga poses such as standing, seated, forward bends, and gentle backbends.
  • Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
  • Introduction to breathing practices that help improve energy, focus, and relaxation.
  • Meditation
  • Guided meditation techniques to develop mindfulness, awareness, and mental clarity.
  • Yoga Philosophy
  • Basic teachings from traditional yogic texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and understanding the principles of yogic living.
  • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Basic knowledge of how the body moves in yoga and how to avoid injuries during practice.
  • Teaching Methodology
  • Learn how to structure a yoga class, give instructions, and guide students safely.
